MEDIA PRESSBOX PLAY BY PLAY IS ANNOYING BY LM

MEDIA PRESSBOX PLAY BY PLAY IS ANNOYING

In the last three years, I have witnessed the media and fans complain about the NFL DRAFT. Our complaint, it's really annoying knowing the player being drafted before the selection is made via Twitter or social media in general.  Some of us still likes the "element of surprise".

Locally, I witness the trend developing on Sundays.  For Texan Fans who are in attendance at the games, you will not fill this post however the majority of us are at home watching the game.  Newsflash, most networks are on a delay and we can thank Janet Jackson's nipple.

NEWSFLASH, there are little to no huge television events on TV fans are not following Twitter.  Especially Sporting events.  It really annoys me when I'm looking at Twitter and read the outcome of a down before it's showed on TV.

Some may say, "LM you said you don't have a problem with spoilers".  Yea, well this is sports and its different.

This trend will not go away, in fact, it may increase but there are options for fans.

  • Unfollow the media on Sundays
  • Mute media members On Sundays
  • Shut down Twitter on Sundays

WRAP IT UP

On the real, I like the media tweeting from the Press Box about things the public cannot see at home.  The full on Twitter Play by Play though is really beginning to piss me off.

Puzzles, this same media bitch about this during the draft.  It's not all of the media but some in the Press Box.  I am not talking about media who tweet time to time I am talking media members who are going full Marc Vandermeer "play by play".
