For my money, the one guy no one is talking about whose play will be paramount, if the Patriots are to slow down Seattle's offensive "read looks" successfully, is the Pat's second year versatile LB, Jamie Collins.
Collins is a FREAKING MONSTER and is the ideal type of athlete for Bill Belichick's philosophy in regards to causing confusion for QBs in the front seven.
Collins' size (6-3, 250) and remarkable speed coupled with his ability to play inside in double A gap looks, as well as the ability to be effective outside and in coverage, gives New England an advantage in containing Russell Wilson. It's also an edge in defending the #BeastMode lead run game few opponents can boast.
I have Seattle winning Super Bowl 49, but if the Patriots overcome the adversity surrounding two weeks of #DeflateGate driven media bantering, put your money on Jamie Collins being a huge part of how New England's defense got the job done.
I love this kid!
