Mad Radio this morning is what make non 610rs view them as homer. I do not believe Seth Payne is a homer, but he laid it on thick this morning.
Seth, Mike Meltser and Landry Locker talked about the 4th and 6 play in the Texas vs Patriots game on the first drive. Seth believes that Bill O'Brien was testing Tom Savage. Below is the audio.

If this was a test and Bill O'Brien knew it was a test, wouldn't he have called a timeout on the sideline to stop the play when he realized Tom Savage failed?
In an effort to prove O'Brien has done this before, they played some footage from Hard Knocks when Mallet made the wrong call and O'Brien tells him he should have ejected. It proved absolutely nothing.
People in the audience were telling Seth, O'Brien said it was a bad call. Seth said, that's only to cover for Savage and went on to praise O'Brien for taking the heat. This was a true Laugh Out Loud moment because we just heard audio of O'Brien and Mallet. Texans, according to what I remember was a part of final editing in Hard Knocks.
I could get behind Seth's premise of a test if there were no past situations of O'Brien making ill advised calls but he has
