As I watched Seth Payne square off with Josh Innes on Radio Row, I couldn't help but think. What a damn difference a few years make.
Four Years ago when Josh was a part of Sports Radio 610, HMW was monitoring them hard. Josh use to go after 790 and 1560 and everyone else pretty bad. He went at Daryl Morey and the late Bob Allen. During that time period, most of 610's staff had no problem with it. They didn't have a problem because the station was clocking major ratings.
When most of the city (not a part of 610) would go after Josh, 610 defended him with the exception of Rich Lord. Fast Forward four years and Josh is going after them, he's a bad guy.
If you think about it, if 610 would have nipped Josh's shit in the bud instead of promoting his hit pieces. Hell, even at one point, Nick Wright who Josh hates, would defend Josh's action.
It's funny watching Sports Radio 610 act as if Josh is doing something different when they were cheering him on back in the days.
I do not have an issue with Seth checking Josh, it was long overdue, but lets not act like 610 didn't have a hand in this creation.
